You may always return the product within 7 working days of receiving it.

After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 7 working days.
If we have received the product, without signs of use and undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.
(the shipping costs cannot be reimbursed)
The costs for the return shipment are for your account. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product,
you must handle the product and packaging with care.
You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine if you want to keep the product.
Dog food and specially tailored products cannot be returned.
